Costa says any hospitality organization ought to integrate the respect for other individuals’ difference in culture. An organization culture with this integration makes diversity management easier. The organization can then have a broad array of backdrops and perspectives that result in an improved decision-making process (Costa, 2012). Researcher Yi Gong agrees with Professor Csaba that cultural diversity is a â€Å"major issue† the American hospitality sector (Gong, 2008). Gong’s study concentrates on examining the transition encountered by hospitality workforces and the status of cultural diversity in these workplaces. The research paper examines these fields by debating opportunities, the advantages and demerits of a culturally varied staff, and offering feasible commendations that HR managers can use to tackle cultural variation effectively.
